Charlotte was a Real Estate agent before becoming a full time Interior Designer and knows how to dress up a house to attract the most amount of buyers. 

She will brainstorm with you and set up a plan which may include advice on needed updates, rearrangement of furniture placement, and inexpensive styling items to purchase.

Up to 3 hours, any additonal hours will be charged $85/hr.
